If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased through the Internet, you have a period of 30 days, counting from the delivery date to desist from your purchase. Before making this return the customer must contact ODDITYSPECTACLES in 15 DAYS.

3. If the item is damaged, you must inform us within 48 hours.

Ways

1. Send an email to info@oddityspectacles.com, indicating the reason for the change or return, name, address and details of the purchase.
2. The customer can send it yourself to the address provided.
3. The customer can request a pick up at your home, you will be charged the cost of collecting the total amount to be returned.

Costs

1. The customer is resposible for all return shipping costs to our facilities.
2. Returns in our physical store is free.

Management

1. All returns are processed by the OdditySpectacles headquarter after receiving the order in 24/48 hours.
2. For returns in store, the amount will not be returned at the time, it will take 24/48 hours.

Return of the amount

1. After processing the return in 24/48h, you will receive the entire amount using the same payment method used.

OdditySpectacles reserves the right to reject returns communicated after the deadline or products that have different conditions at the time of being sent.
